REFUND POLICY RETURNS

If you wish to return you will be required to contact us over our website or email us at customerservice@perfectpairsa.co.za with your order details/ proof of purchase and the reason for your return.

You will have 14 business days to return and exchange and this will be at your own cost. If 14 days have passed since you received your order we are unable to offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in its original box or packaging.

No exchanges or refunds on sale items or gift cards

REFUNDS

Unfortunately we do not allow refunds for non-damaged items, we do however offer an exchange for another style or size within 14 days of receiving.

Refunds are only considered for items with manufacturing defects and do not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

If the item is damaged or defected you will be required to contact us over our website or email us at customerservice@perfectpairsa.co.za with your order details and proof via photo. Once received we will review and provide you with feedback and if accepted we will arrange our courier to collect.

Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and we will either reverse your original payment or we will require your banking details and eft your refund. Please allow 2-3 working days for refunds to reflect.

DELIVERY

You are required to pay for your own courier delivery or paxi delivery. Delivery costs are not refundable unless you received a defective item.

Depending on the area you reside in the delivery fee will vary as well as the delivery times might vary. You will be provided with the estimated delivery date when your order is processed. Please contact us via email to customerservice@perfectpairsa.co.za if your item has not arrived by the latest expected date.

If you have chosen the Pep Paxi delivery option, please check the tracking app or please contact pep store with your order tracking number if you have not received your collection sms by the latest estimated date.

Receive your delivery between 3-7 days depending on our delivery choice.

Delivery estimated time guidelines are as follows

●  Courier within Cape Town: 2-3 working days

●  Pep paxi standard delivery: 7-9 working days

●  Pep paxi Express: 3-5 working days

●  Aramex 3-4 working days
